We then run through, and email you a detailed quote and a list of the top 10 mortgages.
Once you are happy, fully understand the quote and wish to proceed we will then gain an agreement in principle with the lender.
You will receive a Welcome Pack via email or post which will include a few documents to sign and a list of documents to return.
When you have retuned, and we have checked all the documents we will submit the full application on your behalf and provide you with a Mortgage Suitability Report.
We will keep you updated on the progress of your application.
We will review your protection needs and present solutions if necessary.
Once the mortgage offer has been issued, we will liase between you and the solicitors to ensure a smooth route to completion of your mortgage.
We diarise and arrange to contact you again to review your mortgage options when this current deal comes to an end.
